I got montmorency seeds online will those seeds grow a tree that produces I’ve been seeing that people are grafting the trees for them to produce, don’t know if it’s just a different type of cherry or what
Would it hurt the process of making bone broth to add the vegetables and seasonings? I’m looking into substituting normal chicken broth for bone broth in rice and pasta and sauce recipes to increase the protein. Is adding vegetables and flavorings going to impede that goal?
I'm not a chef, but since no one has responded, I thought I might give you my 2 cents. I think vinegar is used to extract the nutrients from the bones for bone broth, so the vinegar might ruin the taste of your added ingredients. Also, I think the process takes a couple of hours, and that would way over-cook your added ingredients. I guess, if you can't find a concrete answer, just do a small-batch experiment, adding the extra ingredients closer to the end of cooking time???

I just watched an episode of Warehouse 13 and they had a scene in a cherry orchard. So beautiful and I had to find a video of a cherry orchard, very awesome. I love cherries.

Best wishes to those farmers with those tart cherries. I took some cuttings from my friends and now I have young Montmorency trees, and will have my first crop in a couple of months here in the year 2021. I love tart cherries fresh or especially in pies and turnovers. The video was very nice.
